FAQ

Common study abroad questions.

Can I work while studying?+

Rules differ by country. The UK Student Route generally permits limited term-time work; the US restricts F-1 students to on-campus work initially, with CPT/OPT available later; Canada allows off-campus work up to a set weekly limit during term for eligible study permit holders. We confirm current limits for your specific visa during your consultation.

Do I need IELTS or TOEFL?+

Most institutions require an English proficiency test unless you qualify for a waiver (e.g. prior education in English). Requirements vary by university and program — we confirm this during university shortlisting.

What happens if my student visa is refused?+

We review the refusal reasons, strengthen the weak areas — usually financial evidence or study intent — and help prepare a reapplication. The decision remains with the visa authority.
