This policy applies to Northspire Immigration, a division of Northspire Global LLC. We collect only what's necessary to deliver our services: contact details, consultation notes, resume/CV when relevant, payment processing via Stripe, and booking data via Calendly. We do not sell or share your data except with Stripe, Calendly, your engaged partner attorney (with your written consent), or where required by valid legal process.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@northspireimmigration.com. We currently serve clients in the United States, Canada, the Middle East, and, for our settlement and nomad visa programs, applicants relocating to Spain and Portugal.

Northspire is not a law firm. We provide general information consulting based on publicly available official sources, document preparation, business and application support, and coordination with independent partner attorneys who handle all legal advice and filings.
We do not guarantee approval of any visa, work permit, residency permit, or immigration outcome. All decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority — USCIS, the US Department of State, IRCC, Spain's consular and immigration services, or Portugal's AIMA. Our liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid to Northspire directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
$100 consultations are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment incurs a $50 non-refundable deduction, with the remaining $50 refunded to your original payment method. No-shows and completed consultations are non-refundable.
Refund terms for custom services engaged after your consultation are set out in the individual service agreement for that engagement. Government filing fees and third-party costs (attorneys, translators, apostille services) are paid directly to those parties and are not refundable through Northspire.
